- Monitor client infrastructure & solutions
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, resolve issues
- Provide telephonic/chat support to clients
- Perform maintenance activities (patching, config changes)
- Report/escalate incidents when required
- Create/update knowledge articles
- Support project work and Disaster Recovery tests
