- Good problem-solving and communication abilities
πΌ Job Responsibilities
- Assist end users with application, system, and network-related issues
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents via call, chat, email, and walk-ins
- Log and document all incidents accurately in the incident management tool
- Identify and escalate high-priority issues
- Ensure timely resolution of helpdesk requests
π Work & Shift Details
- Shift: Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Office Hours: 9.5 hours/day
- Transport: One-way cab facility
- Time: 7:00 PM β 7:00 AM
- Radius: 30 KM
- Candidates must be comfortable commuting to the office
