- Minimum 2+ years of experience in analytics or relevant roles
- Bachelor’s degree (Graduation required)
- Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
- Business curiosity and interest in understanding product functioning
🛠 Skills Required
- SQL – Ability to write complex queries (manipulate & consolidate data)
- Excel & Visualization Tools – PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView
- Data-Analysis Languages – R, Python (plus knowledge of statistical concepts)
- Big Data Handling – Experience working with large data sets
- Good communication & storytelling skills (present insights clearly)
- Good-to-have: ML model building experience

- Work closely with business and product teams to solve problems
- Conduct deep analysis and generate insights to support decision-making
- Build dashboards & visualizations for easy data consumption
- Contribute ideas to improve pod performance – not just data reporting
- Mentor junior analysts and help onboard new team members
