🎯 Qualifications
For Software Engineer (Associate):
✅ BE/B.Tech/ME/MSc/MCA in CS, IT, or equivalent
✅ 1–3 years of hands-on software development experience
✅ Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design principles
✅ Experience with:
- Backend: Java, Spring Framework
- Frontend: HTML, Angular (or similar)
- Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle
- APIs: RESTful Web Services
✅ Familiarity with cloud environments (bonus)
For .NET Developer (Associate):
✅ Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field
✅ 1–2 years of software development experience
✅ Proficiency in C# .NET, SQL, OOP concepts
✅ Experience with JavaScript frameworks (ExtJS / ReactJS)
✅ Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML
✅ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) & Terraform (good to have)
