🎓 Required Education

• B.E/B.Tech/M.C.A – Preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics

🛠 Required Skills & Knowledge

• Good knowledge of UNIX and SQL
• Programming skills, preferably in Java
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly
• Keen sense of ownership, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure
• Skills in test execution, debugging, and troubleshooting in a multi-tasking environment
• Exposure to mobility space and app testing
• Knowledge of defect reporting and SDLC processes
• Optional but advantageous: knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and software engineering principles

📌 Roles & Responsibilities

• Validate end-to-end requirements for customer-facing and internal applications (Web, Client/Server, Hybrid, Mobile)
• Work under the eMCE QA group to ensure quality and functionality
• Understand and follow STLC, defect lifecycle, and testing methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize testing processes
• Be proactive, self-motivated, and flexible in a fast-paced, multi-platform environment
