Eligibility & Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant technical field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Trainer.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal & written).
• Comfortable with public speaking and technical presentations.
• Experience in designing technical course content.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a distributed team.
• Willingness to travel across different regions for training.
• Knowledge of training techniques and tools.

Preferred/Additional Skills

• Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and e-learning tools.
• Programming or scripting knowledge in Python, Java, or HTML.
• Experience in Zoho Developer Experience products.
• Professional certifications like CTT+, CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Design training materials – presentations, documents, videos, e-learning modules.
• Training Delivery: Conduct live & virtual training sessions for customers, partners, and developer communities.
• Product Demonstrations: Showcase Zoho product features and functionality effectively.
• Q&A Support: Address participant queries with clear explanations.
• Feedback Collection: Gather participant feedback to enhance training materials.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with Zoho product changes and updates.
• Collaboration: Work with product managers, engineers, and support teams to align training with product updates.
• Record Management: Maintain accurate training records and statistics.
