🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related disciplines
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling, algorithms, and data mining
- Experience in Machine Learning (including deep learning, neural networks, and genetic algorithms)
- Working knowledge of Big Data tools – Hadoop, Cassandra, Spark, R (hands-on preferred)
- Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools (R, Power BI, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior management
- Strong self-motivation and ownership mindset
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate state-of-the-art machine learning and AI algorithms
- Design and implement predictive and optimization models using large, diverse data sets
- Build AutoML models (Speech, Computer Vision, Text, LLMs) and deploy them in production
- Develop tools for data analysis and visualization to support business insights
- Extract meaningful insights and foresights from predictive models for business teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data collection and model performance
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in ML, AI, and IoT technologies
- Engage with customers and business leaders to translate data insights into strategic decisions
- Work with MLOps pipelines, Agentic AI workflows, and LLMs
- Deploy ML models on AWS, GCP (Vertex AI), or Azure using Docker and Kubernetes
