🎓 Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

- Preferred Certifications: Entry-level Cloud, Network, or Security certifications from AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, etc.
🛠 Key Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, web services, networking, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with Python, HTML, SQL, REST API, and PowerShell.
- Understanding of monitoring concepts – system health, availability, latency, and performance.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Event Management).
💼 Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor cloud dashboards and alerts, escalate issues when required.
- Troubleshoot basic issues; escalate urgent/complex issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure SLA compliance.
- Document troubleshooting steps and manage cases through electronic systems.
- Monitor backlog and ensure SLA/KPI targets are met.
- Work in shifts (24×7 environment) including nights, weekends, and holidays.
