🎓 Required Education
- Graduation in any relevant discipline
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience with Python, PySpark, and/or SQL
- Knowledge of data analysis, tagging systems, and machine learning tools
- RegEx experience (nice to have, not mandatory)
- Knowledge of consumer product data and experience with retail/brand datasets
- Strong attention to detail and focus on high-quality results
- Excellent problem-solving & critical-thinking skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with accuracy
- Strong collaboration & communication skills
- Experience in data mapping, categorization, or data management platforms is a plus
🔑 About the Role
As a Data Operations Analyst, you will:
- Work with retail and brand customers to understand their category structures & attribution needs
- Map products to customer requirements using manual tagging + machine learning tools
- Apply strong judgment to ensure accurate and meaningful data mapping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time with precision
- Improve data attribution processes to increase efficiency and quality
- Leverage technical skills to enhance tools supporting data operations
🌍 Work Model
- This is a fully-remote opportunity based in India
- During training, you will need overlap with US time zones
- Post training, flexible hours with scheduled check-ins with US-based managers
