✅ Eligibility & Qualifications

1. IT Service Desk Analyst (L1) – Bengaluru

• Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: 0–4 years in IT Helpdesk (Voice)
• Skills Required:
  • Strong verbal & written communication
  • Knowledge of ITIL Framework & Terminologies
  • Familiarity with Windows, Mac OS & VDI
  • Basic Networking (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPN)
  • Troubleshooting skills (Outlook, O365, MS Suite, VPN, Zoom, Browsers, etc.)
  • Flexible to work in 24×7 rotational shifts including weekends/holidays

📍 Walk-In Venue:
S4, Doddakannelli, Kaikondrahalli, Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru – 560035
🗓️ Date & Time: 2nd – 4th September, 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

2. Associate Backoffice – US HR Operations (Mumbai)

• Education: Any Graduate – BA/B.Com/B.Sc (Non-Technical), MA, M.Com, Part-time MBA, PGDM
  • ❌ B.Tech & Full-time MBA freshers not eligible
• Skills Required:
  • Basic MS Excel
  • Data Handling / Data Management skills
• Work Conditions:
  • Evening shift (Fixed)
  • 5 days working, Sat-Sun off
  • 1-year service agreement (mandatory)
