🎓 Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

🛠 Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL DB)
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries
• Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data integration across multiple systems
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Qlik, Power BI, etc.) and Microsoft PowerApps
• Hands-on experience in at least one data science programming language (Python or R)
• Familiarity with IT system change management processes and regression testing
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across time zones

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Research new technologies in advanced analytics and data visualization
• Explore ML, AI, automation, and big data to improve logistics network design & management
• Work with structured & unstructured data (SQL, Azure DB, Volvo Systems) to create integrated solutions
• Automate data retrieval & combination to analyze millions of entries
• Perform predictive and prescriptive analytics to find patterns, correlations, and causalities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT system change requests
• Lead regression testing after system updates
• Act as a change leader – create learning material and coach stakeholders on new technologies

• Transport System Design: Oracle Transport Management, SAP, Volvo IT Systems
