🎓 Eligibility:
- Education: MS/Graduate degree in Economics, Operations Research, Statistics, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields
- Experience: 1+ years in Data Science, Applied Science, or equivalent roles
🛠 Required Skills:
✅ Strong programming background – Python, R, Java, Scala/Spark, or Perl
✅ Hands-on experience with SQL & large datasets
✅ Ability to design experiments, interpret results, and draw actionable insights
✅ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Ops)
✅ Proficiency in statistical modeling, ML algorithms, data mining techniques
⭐ Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Expertise in A/B testing, Causal Inference, and Experimental Design
- Knowledge of ML frameworks – TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch
- Experience with big data tools – Spark, Hive, HDFS
- Strong communication skills to present insights to leadership
- Proven ability to lead technical projects & drive end-to-end solutions
