📌 Experience Requirement
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a technical support / helpdesk role
📋 Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide L1 technical support via phone and email
- Identify, prioritize, research, and resolve reported technical issues
- Perform issue recognition, isolation, resolution, and follow-up
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams
- Ensure all system-related issues are resolved accurately and on time
