- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent technical stream (Mechanical, Civil, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, data merging, handling large datasets)
- Exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) – preferred
- Experience with PIM systems or similar product data management tools (added advantage)
- Strong analytical, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
📝 Job Description
As a Product Data Analyst at MillerKnoll, you will work closely with merchandising and business teams to gather, validate, and manage product data.
You’ll ensure accurate and timely uploads into PIM and other business systems, supporting smooth product lifecycle and data governance.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Gather, validate, and upload product-related data into PIM/NetSuite (Oracle)
- Identify whether product SKU data is new or existing
- Prepare & manage import files for style and SKU creation
- Ensure data hygiene & governance standards are maintained
- Generate & share weekly reports with department managers
- Participate in team meetings for planning new product/customer additions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business teams, product managers, and product owners
- Use Excel & data tools to transform and verify product data
- Troubleshoot technical/functional problems using problem-solving techniques
