Eligibility & Education

• Graduation (preferably with IT/Technology/Business Analysis background).
• Certifications: Business Analyst certification (preferred).

Skills Required

• Strong stakeholder management & client engagement skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Excel, Macros, SQL, SQL Developer, Oracle, Databases.
• Experience in Data Model creation, FSD creation, ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of application decommissioning process, record management, retention policies (good to have).
• Analytical mindset with strong organisational & prioritisation skills.

Experience

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in business analysis (IT/Technology domain).
• Proven expertise in applying business analysis tools & techniques.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Capture, validate, and document business/system requirements.
• Produce business requirements to inform future state design.
• Support teams in aligning requirements with overall domain strategy.
• Build & maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders & third-party vendors.
• Analyse existing system documentation to summarise functionality.
• Interact with customers & stakeholders to document functional and non-functional needs.
• Support team priorities based on feedback from customers and stakeholders.
