📌 Required Education

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent practical experience).

📌 Minimum Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of experience in data analytics after graduation.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Chrome, etc.) or similar tools.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English (verbal & written).

📌 Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of SQL programming.
• Interest in data analysis, numbers, and patterns.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in teams.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and seeking guidance when needed.

📌 About the Apprenticeship

• Duration: 24 months (full-time, ~40 hours/week).
• Apprentices spend:
  • 20% of time in structured training.
  • 80% of time working on live projects with Google teams.
• Offers exposure to different business units and hands-on experience with real data challenges.
• Provides a pathway to build digital skills and kickstart a career in Data Analytics.
• Hybrid role (requires regular in-office presence; relocation supported if >100km away).

📌 Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
• Support business teams by solving real-world problems using data.
• Document findings, share knowledge, and prepare reports.
• Work on end-to-end data lifecycle management.
• Use spreadsheets, SQL, and other tools to organize, clean, and analyze data.
• Collaborate with teams across Google and present insights to decision-makers.
