• Perform quality control checks on data using departmental applications and procedures.
• Analyze and verify vendor-transmitted data and corrected documents.
• Review document images and data fields for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide feedback to vendors on identified errors.
• Respond to vendor queries and clarify requirements.
• Review QC, upload, missing document, suspend, and error reports.
• Document and remediate data issues through corrections and validations.
• Ensure data reliability and industry compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
