📝 Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate and publish daily dashboards for users.
• Develop and/or update standard reports.
• Contribute to data warehouse development.
• Ensure accuracy & completeness of data from BI/MIS/GIS systems.
• Resolve MIS-related issues in coordination with managers.
• Work on new projects & delivery plans.
• Provide standardized management information reports.
• Identify trends, issue areas, and successes.
• Deliver reports for internal & external clients.
• Manage balanced scorecard information monthly and improve the approach.
• Prepare presentations for process/operational reviews.
• Provide financial reporting support (Payroll & Business Finance).
• Analyze real-time management system performance to recommend improvements.
