📌 Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather & document IT project requirements.
- Analyze business processes and suggest improvements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications (user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria).
- Act as a bridge between business teams & technical teams.
- Assist in product backlog prioritization with product owners & developers.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Aid in change management (impact assessment, communication, training).
- Analyze data for trends & insights to support decision-making.
- Proactively identify process optimization opportunities.
