• Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)

• Support and build data systems & pipelines (Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Power BI)
• Monitor & troubleshoot data flows and incidents
• Develop data visualizations & reports
• Support platform stability, auditing, patching, and user access management
• Automate metrics measurement and ensure security compliance
