Deloitte is hiring for Analyst – Process Specialist (Learning Delivery) to support its USI Talent Learning & Development (L&D) team. This role involves stakeholder management, learning program execution, process optimization, and data analysis to enhance talent development initiatives.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:
🎓 Graduation in any discipline

🛠 Required Skills:
✔️ Excellent verbal & written communication
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) – Advanced Excel preferred
✔️ Data analysis & reporting skills
✔️ Strong time management & multitasking abilities
✔️ Ability to work with internal stakeholders across all levels
✔️ Experience in process optimization, SOPs, and reporting

✅ Experience Required:
✔️ 1-4 years of relevant work experience

🔑 Key Responsibilities

📌 Talent L&D & Stakeholder Management

✅ Coordinate with Talent L&D teams for planning & executing learning programs
✅ Manage SLAs and set clear expectations with stakeholders
✅ Provide periodic reports, dashboards, and learner metrics
✅ Conduct root cause analysis to identify gaps & recommend improvements

📌 Process & Program Delivery

✅ Maintain SOPs, checklists, and FAQ documents for key tasks
✅ Ensure smooth execution of learning programs & sub-processes
✅ Gain expertise in learning platforms like NextGen & SABA
✅ Perform quality checks on reports & program deliverables

📌 Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

✅ Support team members and ensure timely completion of tasks
✅ Share knowledge, best practices, and process enhancements
✅ Actively participate in collaboration efforts towards common business goals
