Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a quantitative and analytical background preferred.
- MBA in Finance or a related field is desirable.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Finance or related background.
- Strong skills in data analysis and ability to create executive-level reports.
- Advanced MS Excel (pivots, v-lookups, advanced formulas, macros).
- Experience with Tableau (preferred), JavaScript & HTML (desired but not required).
- Knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Jupiter.
- Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, work in an unstructured environment, and manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide actionable insights on sales and pipeline performance.
- Support Sales Excellence leaders with reporting and analytics.
- Prepare Insight Packs using win/loss data, competitor analysis, and sector research.
- Lead operational activities for Pursuit Lifecycle opportunities.
- Maintain and update training materials for process education.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of reports.
