Eligibility & Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Skills:
- Experience with statistical software and product configurations
- Knowledge of relevant programming languages and RDBMS for software development
- At least 1 year of experience in analytics, scorecards, or dashboards
- Experience with Python, Tableau, SQL, Power BI is desirable
- Basic understanding of ML/AI models (preferred)
Job Description
As a Jr. Data Analyst at Gainwell, you will work on product development without handling any PHI (Protected Health Information) or PII (Personally Identifiable Information).
Your work will focus on application analysis, dashboard creation, and supporting analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain data access methods, validation checks, and documentation.
- Review requirements and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Monitor standards and suggest updates as needed.
- Build analytical dashboards/reports (finance domain experience is a plus).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Mentor less experienced team members.
