- 🤝 Coordinate with stakeholders to align resource allocation with project goals
- 🔄 Drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes
- 🤖 Implement automation (shift creation, time-off approvals, schedule adjustments)
- 📬 Monitor mailbox for real-time exceptions and schedule changes
- 🧠 Explore AI, RPA, and data analytics to enhance scheduling models
- 🎯 Benchmark against industry best practices for scheduling innovation
