🔹 Eligibility Criteria
✅ Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Business Management or a related field.
✅ Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
✅ Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Power BI (data visualization).
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data models, ETL tools, and database design.
- Experience in data mining techniques.
✅ Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills (fluent in English).
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving mindset.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Ensure availability and accuracy of periodic operational metrics and reports.
- Collect, verify, and analyze data to support decision-making.
- Respond to internal customer queries and resolve reporting-related issues.
- Collaborate with IP Operations stakeholders to develop and implement new operational metrics.
- Lead reporting development processes, from requirement gathering to delivery.
- Work closely with both operations and technology teams to streamline analytics and performance reporting.

The Operations Enablement Team at Clarivate supports the IP Segment in analytics, reporting, automation, and operational excellence. You’ll be part of a collaborative team of skilled professionals working under the guidance of the Senior Manager – Business Analytics.
