πΉ Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer problems related to Ubuntu, Kernel, Ceph, OpenStack, Kubernetes, and more.
πΉ Work on bug fixes, backport patches, and contribute upstream.
πΉ Collaborate closely with Canonicalβs Field, Support, and Engineering teams.
πΉ Participate in open-source communities.
πΉ Review and improve code from fellow engineers.
πΉ Maintain clear and concise technical communication.
πΉ Work remotely and travel internationally (up to 10%) for team meetings, events, and conferences.

This role involves working on Linux-based infrastructure & applications, including:
β Bare Metal & Virtualization (KVM)
β Containerization (Docker, LXC/LXD)
β Storage (Ceph, Linux file systems)
β Networking (OVS, OVN, Core networking)
β Cloud & DevOps (OpenStack, Kubernetes, open-source applications)
