Eligibility & Qualifications
Education:
- MBA or equivalent (Business, Finance, MIS, Computer Science preferred)
Experience:
- 2–4 years in data management or data processing
- Financial services industry experience is a plus
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in SQL (Python experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools
- Strong in Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- Excellent research, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams
Key Responsibilities
- Data Governance & Quality: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through regular quality checks.
- Data Management: Maintain, cleanse, and update client records within CRM systems.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement data management process enhancements.
- Quality Assurance: Test and validate CRM features; report and track defects.
- Collaboration: Work with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to improve data products.
