✅ Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Experience defining requirements and using data & metrics for business insights
• Strong SQL knowledge (write & troubleshoot queries)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Awareness of AI/ML concepts
• Familiarity with Python, VBA, Macros, Selenium scripts
• 1+ year experience in Analytics / BI environment
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight, etc.)

• Hands-on experience with AI tools
• Experience in Amazon Redshift & AWS tech for large datasets
• Strong analytical mindset & problem-solving ability

• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

🎯 Roles & Responsibilities

• Design & develop dashboards & metrics using SQL and Tableau/Excel
• Execute high-priority cross-functional analytics projects
• Collaborate with business, engineering, and partner teams
• Create & maintain business documentation (user stories, process flows)
• Conduct UAT & business validation for dashboards and reports
• Monitor business performance metrics & KPIs
• Rapidly develop analytics solutions for real-time operational challenges

👥 About the Team

• Part of Global Operations – Artificial Intelligence (GO-AI) team
• Provides remote exception handling for Amazon Robotic Fulfillment Centers
• Complements automated AI decision-making with human cognitive support
• Runs multiple programs like Nike IDS, Proteus, Sparrow, and more
• Works with global tech & operations teams to deliver AI-driven solutions
