As part of Global Client Account Services (GCAS) at Accenture, you will:
- Monitor and report on client portfolio performance.
- Develop knowledge of client reporting operations and online tools.
- Provide timely and accurate client reporting (Investment Reports, Factsheets, Pitchbooks, etc.).
- Handle client inquiries and deliver accurate portfolio data.
- Compile reporting collateral for clients across multiple product and business lines.
- Support business initiatives by reviewing and analyzing performance data.
- Train clients on reporting systems.
- Suggest improvements to enhance client services and operational efficiency.
- Build expertise in investment data and compliance requirements.
