Job Overview:
Pearson is hiring for the HR automation team to deliver high-impact automation solutions using UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio). The role involves designing, building, testing, and refining automation solutions to improve HR processes and employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of automation solutions for high-priority HR needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create robust, scalable, and maintainable automations with proper documentation.
- Mentor junior colleagues and participate in peer reviews.
- Recommend and trial new tools, approaches, or features to enhance automation delivery.
- Contribute to reusable components and best practices for the team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience delivering automation solutions with UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Platform.
- Ability to design solutions that balance impact, maintainability, and ease of use.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Experience in providing technical guidance or mentoring.
Desirable Skills / Exposure:
- Exposure to ServiceNow HR Service Delivery or other HR systems.
- Interest in AI-driven automation or conversational experiences.
- Knowledge of HR operations and processes.
