🎓 Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
🛠️ Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in data analysis (trend identification, statistics, insights)
- 1+ year experience in project management (scope, goals, deliverables)
- 1+ year experience with SQL, R, Python, or C++
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data management, metrics analysis, experiment design & automation
- Familiarity with classification systems, ranking systems, LLMs & AI agents
- Strong skills in data mining, statistical modeling, synthesizing datasets
- Ability to translate investigative insights into business strategies
- Prior experience working with global cross-functional teams
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Analyze datasets & apply statistical methods to detect abuse vectors on YouTube
- Investigate fraud & spam, identify vulnerabilities & prevent abuse with experiments
- Design prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve abuse detection
- Build anti-abuse systems, process improvements & automation workflows
- Create & deliver training materials and SOPs for scaled abuse handling
- Participate in rotational weekend on-call work (exposure to sensitive content may occur, aligned with YouTube Community Guidelines)
