Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computing, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Additional certifications in Finance or Computing (e.g., CFA, FRM, AWS, SQL, Python) are preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge/experience in Structured Finance & Securitization (RMBS, ABS, CMBS) preferred but not mandatory.
- Hands-on skills with SQL, Python, VBA, C# (coding test may be conducted).

📌 Job Description
As a Data Management Associate, you will:
- Maintain and enhance data extraction processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform data transformation, QA, debugging, and reporting.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for deal discovery and data acquisition.
- Collaborate with financial engineers, vendors, and developers globally.
- Contribute to cross-training and support client challenges, feature development, and new product analysis.
- Resolve data-related queries from client-facing teams.
- Gain exposure to securitization products (ABS, RMBS, CMBS) and structured finance.
🛠 Roles & Responsibilities
- Expand and maintain EMEA ABS and RMBS deal universe.
- Execute data quality checks and resolve issues.
- Lead/participate in quality & productivity improvement projects.
- Work with ETL tools, Jira, automation, and data visualization.
- Support cash flow model setup for structured transactions.
- Create, maintain, and document processes for better efficiency.
- Use coding and data tools to analyze, troubleshoot, and report data.
