🛠 Skills & Requirements
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM Personnel Administration, Info types & Payroll configuration
- Experience in Payroll calculation processes (clusters, retro-calculations, taxation, claims, schemas & PCRs)
- Knowledge of EC Payroll, EC Time Management, Employee Master Data replication
- Hands-on with Integration tools (P2P, Payroll Control Center, SF EC Timesheet, Time Off, Integration Center/ORD Reports)
- Global payroll localization knowledge (USA, UK, Mexico, MENA, HK, China)
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Splunk, Control-M, file transmission, system monitoring tools is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Provide global HR system functional support
- Assist payroll users in processing production payrolls & resolving payroll queries
- Prepare analysis reports & coordinate with technical teams for fixes
- Ensure SOPs & payroll manuals are updated
- Troubleshoot technical issues with team collaboration
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Support standardization of payroll processes across regions
- Provide Tier-2 BAU support with risk identification & resolution
- Be flexible to work in shifts, including weekends if required
