👨💻 Job Responsibilities
As an Associate Engineer, you will:
- Work across the entire SDLC – from architecture & design to development & support.
- Develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET, React/Angular, SQL, and cloud-based technologies.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, following best practices in Agile & TDD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business and technical stakeholders.
- Write clean, scalable, and testable code while producing technical documentation & design diagrams.
- Contribute to platform modernization & migration projects using the latest technologies.
🎯 Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Experience: 1–2 years in software development.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, SQL Server
- Hands-on with React/AngularJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Bootstrap, CSS, Unit Testing
- Understanding of database performance tuning
- Strong grasp of design patterns & architecture principles
- Soft Skills: Strong logical, analytical, and communication abilities.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS)
- Familiarity with containerization
- Knowledge of NoSQL DBs
- Exposure to Scala, Databricks
