🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Associate degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience, OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field.
Experience & Skills Required (Minimum):
- 2+ years in business intelligence, visualization, or data analytics.
- 1+ year in project management.
- Expert-level SQL skills.
- Experience with large data sets, Foundry, or MS SQL Server Management Studio.
- Hands-on coding in Python, HTML, JavaScript, Power Automate, Spark Node, etc.
- Strong understanding of business needs with ability to design scalable data/tech solutions.
- 3–4 years’ experience working with complex data analytics or visualization.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
- Legally authorized to work in India without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree.
- Palantir or Tibco certifications.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for corporate safety data and BI design.
- Build & deploy dashboards and data products for United leadership.
- Support predictive and prescriptive analytics for safety risk reduction.
- Develop statistical models for Safety Management System (SMS).
- Design and maintain corporate safety standards and governance processes.
- Configure backend data ontologies, ensure data quality & “single source of truth.”
- Lead automation workflows across safety functions.
- Provide presentations and reporting to US & India-based leadership.
- Define, prioritize, and manage resources for projects/programs.
