🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Economics, Organizational Sciences, or related Financial background).
Experience:
- 1–5 years of related experience in financial services or data management.
Skills Required:
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel: V-lookups, Macros).
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, PowerBI, or similar tools for data analysis (preferred).
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication & teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage master data onboarding, standardization, and delivery.
- Identify and maintain master entities and standard master data.
- Define configuration rules for new fund and asset records.
- Develop & maintain tools for master data identification and duplication checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data needs.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of private markets master data for Aladdin and eFront communities.
- Support onboarding, integrations, and migrations for seamless data transitions.
- Provide analysis, reporting, and support to internal teams.
