🎓 Required Education

• MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics

🛠 Required Skills & Knowledge

• 0–3 years of relevant experience in analytics supporting risk, marketing, or digital product functions
• Strong technical & analytical skills – ability to apply quantitative methods to solve business problems
• Strong programming skills preferred (experience with Big Data programming is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across business, technology, and external vendors
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance targeting frameworks for acquisition and lending campaigns (consumer & small business card cross-sell, loans, etc.)
• Set up test & control groups for marketing campaigns in international markets
• Measure campaign performance, optimize targeting solutions, and improve marketing ROI
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to improve channel, placement, content, and offer strategy
• Execute and refine the analytics roadmap, automate frameworks, and define success metrics
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory and risk requirements
• Develop controls to identify and fix process gaps proactively
