📌 Job Overview
Chevron is seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, modular, and cost-effective data pipelines using Microsoft Azure.
You will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and architects to deliver high-quality data solutions that support enterprise analytics and decision-making.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize data pipelines and ETL workflows using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, and Fabric
- Manage data storage using Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 and Blob Storage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for evolving data needs
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and high performance of Azure-based solutions
- Apply data validation techniques to ensure data quality & integrity
- Document configurations, processes, and best practices
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for deployment & maintenance
- Monitor and resolve data pipeline issues proactively
- Stay updated on emerging technologies & best practices in data engineering

Chevron ENGINE supports global operations and aligns work hours to business needs.
⏰ Shift Timings:
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM OR
- 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
