About the Role:
Capgemini is looking for talented Data Analytics Associates to join our engineering team. You will create, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, perform data analysis, and support predictive modeling to help drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain Power BI visualizations and dashboards.
- Apply statistical modeling and analytics to gain insights and support predictive models.
- Clean, classify, and transform datasets; trace and resolve data quality issues.
- Run queries to answer business-critical questions and perform exploratory analysis.
- Troubleshoot and ensure smooth functioning of reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with business teams (Sourcing, Procurement, Risk) to define metrics and KPIs.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in developing Power BI dashboards from scratch and enhancements.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data/query programming languages.
- Experience integrating data into Power BI from multiple sources via middleware.
- Availability to work from office 5 days a week.
- Immediate joiners or within 30 days preferred.
