• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers eligible)
• Required Skills:
  • MS Office Proficiency: Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, reporting)
  • Ability to create impactful PowerPoint presentations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with MIS reporting and KPI tracking
  • Adaptability to work in a matrixed environment

🛠 Key Responsibilities

✅ Reporting & Analytics:

• Publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and on time
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and support data-driven decision-making
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes

✅ Governance & Compliance:

• Track SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance metrics
• Support contractual governance activities including reporting and change management
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and processes

✅ Business Insights:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data
• Present insights and findings through dashboards and presentations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and automation efforts
