Role: Software Engineer – Host Networking

Job Type: Full-Time

Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• Equivalent practical experience also accepted

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in C/C++/Python
• Experience with Linux Kernel (drivers, network stack)
• Knowledge of transport stack (especially RDMA – RoCEv2)
• Hands-on experience in debugging large-scale systems

Preferred Skills

• Experience with QEMU or FPGA emulation environments is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work on NICs and transport solutions powering Meta’s AI workloads
• Design & implement drivers/firmware for ethernet adapter functions & transport stack for RDMA
• Build tests and integrate into CI/CD pipelines
• Work on hardware bring-up and scaled environment testing
• Support simulation and emulation stack bring-up

Additional Details

• Must stay in the same team/location for a minimum of 24 months before being eligible for internal transfers
