About the Program

Google is inviting applications for the Operations Apprenticeship 2025. This 12-month program is designed to help candidates develop project management skills, enhance communication abilities, and gain hands-on exposure to Google’s operations ecosystem.

Required Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Maximum 1 year of relevant experience in a project management role post-graduation.
• Experience using Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Chrome, etc.) or similar tools.
• Fluent communication skills in English (verbal & written).

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work with ambiguous tasks and find suitable solutions.
• Previous work experience in industries like Events, Media, Customer Service, Hospitality, Tourism, Accounting, etc. is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop general project management skills (communication, risk, and change management).
• Learn to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate internal resources and share documentation with project teams.
• Provide regular updates and support to stakeholders.
• Understand project scope (timeframes, outcomes, financials) and manage project risks.
• Build strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Program Duration: 12 months
