Basic Qualifications:
- Graduation in relevant field
- 2+ years of software development or technical support experience
- Experience in Unix
- Scripting knowledge in modern programming languages
- Strong debugging & troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web app development
- Experience with REST APIs, XML, JSON
- Hands-on with hardware/software RAID maintenance
For Support Engineer
Basic Qualifications:
- Graduation in relevant field
- 2+ years of software development or technical support experience
- Scripting knowledge in Python or JavaScript
- Experience with SQL databases (querying & analysis)
- Strong debugging & troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with AWS, networks, and operating systems

- Troubleshoot, debug, and support technical systems.
- Build and maintain scalable solutions for applications and support infrastructure.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams.
- Provide end-to-end technical support and automation where applicable.
