• Model Architectures & Distributed Training

• Multi-Accelerator Networking (e.g., NCCL)
• CUDA Programming, Triton Kernel Development
• Compilers & Performance Libraries
• Hands-on with: PyTorch FSDP, HuggingFace libraries
• Proficiency in: Python or C++
• Growth mindset & problem-solving attitude

📝 Roles & Responsibilities

As a Research Engineer at IBM Research India, you will:

• Work on software stack optimization for IBM’s Spyre accelerator (compilers, kernels, libraries, tools).
• Optimize PyTorch stack performance to maximize GPU utilization.
• Collaborate with top researchers across AI, Hybrid Cloud, and Quantum Computing.
