- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Desire to learn new skills and grow
- Understanding of Dow Jones standards, ethics, and Oxford Analytica content
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Data Research
- Work with diverse datasets (mainly economic, but also topics like AI, misinformation, energy, and climate change)
- Extract data for charts/maps featured in the Oxford Analytica Daily Brief
- Support analysts by providing datasets for visuals and collaborate with the design team
2. Production Support
- Use CMS to prepare and publish Daily Brief content (web & email)
- Support content uploads (webinars, videos, presentations)
- Manage presentation decks and assist during webinars
- Update marketing website content
- Assist analysts with photo licensing and uploads
3. Contributor Management
- Assist with onboarding and managing external contributors
- Ensure new contributors are correctly set up in Dow Jones & Oxford Analytica systems
