Eligibility & Education
- Graduation (preferably with IT/Technology/Business Analysis background).
- Certifications: Business Analyst certification (preferred).
Skills Required
- Strong stakeholder management & client engagement skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Excel, Macros, SQL, SQL Developer, Oracle, Databases.
- Experience in Data Model creation, FSD creation, ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of application decommissioning process, record management, retention policies (good to have).
- Analytical mindset with strong organisational & prioritisation skills.
Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in business analysis (IT/Technology domain).
- Proven expertise in applying business analysis tools & techniques.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Capture, validate, and document business/system requirements.
- Produce business requirements to inform future state design.
- Support teams in aligning requirements with overall domain strategy.
- Build & maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders & third-party vendors.
- Analyse existing system documentation to summarise functionality.
- Interact with customers & stakeholders to document functional and non-functional needs.
- Support team priorities based on feedback from customers and stakeholders.
