🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Management Studies, or other quantitative disciplines.
  • Master’s degree, CFA, or CFA enrollment is a plus.
• Experience:
  • 1–2 years of experience working with financial products using Python preferred.

🛠️ Required Skills

• Proficiency in:
  • Python / Anaconda
  • Data Science stack (Jupyter, Pandas, NumPy)
  • Tableau, Microsoft Excel
  • VBA, MSSQL
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.

💼 About the Role

As an Analyst in the Morningstar DBRS Structured Finance Analytics Team, you will:

• Automate data analysis workflows (data collection, storage, and analytics).
• Build and enhance analytics tools to support ratings, research, and surveillance.
• Combine and analyze datasets from multiple sources.
• Work with databases (SQL, Athena, AWS S3) for data storage and access.
• Collaborate with Quant Analysts on delivering high-quality projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
