📌 Required Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering, Business, Aviation Management, or Supply Chain Management).

📌 Minimum Qualifications

• 0–1 years of work experience.
• Strong quantitative aptitude.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL (queries & stored procedures).
• Familiarity with reporting tools (Spotfire / Tableau / Power BI).
• Good communication skills (must be fluent in English).
• Must be legally authorized to work in India (no sponsorship).
• Reliable & punctual attendance.

📌 Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in an analytical role or aviation industry.
• Knowledge of supply chain management.
• Aviation background is a plus.

📌 Job Overview & Responsibilities

• Manage strategic productivity & tactical execution of aircraft spare parts inventory.
• Assist with inventory planning & execution.
• Extract and analyze data from multiple sources for reporting & root cause analysis.
• Monitor & adjust Allocation/ROP assignments to support service level goals.
• Report on performance against plans and provide insights.
• Work with Tech Ops business groups to design solutions.
• Improve operational reliability by reducing delays and cancellations caused by parts unavailability.
• Translate data into actionable insights for decision makers.

• Database querying (SQL).
• Reporting tools (Spotfire / Tableau / Power BI).
• Strong Excel skills.
• Analytical & problem-solving ability.
• Communication & presentation skills.
