Key Responsibilities
As a Data & Analytics Analyst, you will:
- Use advanced analytics to develop business solutions for understanding customers, processes, channels, and products
- Work closely with stakeholders to define business questions/problems and identify data-driven solutions
- Ensure processes are efficient, simple, and automated where possible
- Collaborate in Agile, multi-disciplinary data & analytics teams to meet project/Scrum outcomes
- Deliver analytics solutions that create commercial and customer value
- Communicate analytics opportunities in ways stakeholders can understand and act on
- Apply new tools, technologies, and methodologies for analytics
- Share updates that combine data science, engineering, and analytics into clear, business-linked insights
