Required Skills
- Proficiency in debugging & troubleshooting backend systems (Python or Java)
- Strong understanding of databases: MySQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with cloud platforms: GCP, AWS, Azure
- Knowledge of containerization tools: Docker, Kubernetes
- Excellent problem-solving & communication skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in creating automation scripts (preferred)
- Prior experience with LLMs & Gen-AI integration (preferred)
Experience Needed
- 1–2 years in technical support or product support roles
- Exposure to Gen-AI or similar technologies preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for Gen-AI platform support queries
- Troubleshoot & debug technical issues; identify root cause analysis (RCA)
- Collaborate with engineers & data scientists to resolve issues
- Monitor platform performance & proactively detect problems
- Maintain & update documentation for processes and best practices
- Automate recurring tasks for efficiency
- Communicate technical insights in simple terms to stakeholders
- Support platform enhancements through feedback
